Ordering, delivery, payment and quality — everything you need to know.
What is the minimum order?
100 kg in total per order. You can mix grades, in steps of 10 kg.
Where and when do you deliver?
Across Bengaluru (PIN codes starting 560), early next morning in the slot you choose (5–7 AM or 7–9 AM).
By when must I order?
By 8 PM the day before delivery. The countdown on the home page shows the time left.
How do I pay?
Full advance by UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app). After paying, enter the 12-digit UPI reference so we can confirm.
Is the weight really full?
Yes. There is no 3 kg cut per bag like at the mandi. You pay only for the kg you receive.
What if there is a problem with quality or weight?
Tell us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery, with photos. If we deliver less than you paid for, we refund the difference by UPI within 24 hours.
