1. What we collect
Your mobile number (verified by a one-time code), name, business name and type, delivery address, and the details of your orders and payments (including the UPI reference you enter).
2. Why we use it
Only to take and deliver your orders, confirm payments, contact you about your orders on WhatsApp or phone, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information.
3. Services we use
Google Firebase sends and checks the one-time code for your phone number. Our database and website are hosted by Supabase and Vercel. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
4. Measuring visits and ads
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to count visits, see which pages and ads bring buyers, and measure orders placed. They do not receive your phone number, name or address. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser settings.
5. On your device
The site remembers your phone sign-in, basket and delivery details in your browser so you do not have to type them again. You can sign out or clear your browser data at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal details by messaging us on WhatsApp. We keep order records needed for accounts and tax, but remove your personal details from them when you ask, as allowed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
