1. Who we are

Hoovina Santhe sells Sevanthige (chrysanthemum) grown on our own farm in Doddaballapur, Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka, to bulk buyers in Bengaluru.

2. Orders

The minimum order is 100 kg in total per order, in steps of 10 kg per grade. You can mix grades.

Orders for a delivery day close at the cutoff time shown on the site (normally 8 PM the day before delivery).

Your phone number is verified by a one-time code before you can place an order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are per kg, shown in Indian Rupees, and include delivery within our delivery area unless shown otherwise.

The price that applies is the one confirmed when you place the order.

Full payment (100% advance) is made by UPI. Stock is held for 20 minutes while you pay. After paying, enter the 12-digit UPI reference so we can confirm your payment.

4. Delivery

We deliver to PIN codes in Bengaluru starting with 560, early in the morning of the delivery day, in the slot you choose.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the flowers at the address given.

5. Weight and quality

We deliver full weight — there is no weight cut per bag.

If there is a problem with quality or weight, tell us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery, with photos.

6. Shortfalls and cancellation

Flowers are a natural product. If weather or harvest problems mean we cannot supply everything that was ordered, we will tell you before dispatch and either deliver part of your order or cancel it, and refund the difference as described in our Refund policy.

If a delivery day has to be cancelled, all paid orders for that day are refunded in full.
